- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City, Florida is soliciting competitive quotations for a simplified acquisition for the fabrication of six (6) ship sets of rigging for the Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC). The following items comprise one (1) ship set: a. Six (6) each 90 foot mooring lines in accordance with NAVSEA DWG #582-5750149. b. One (1) each Anchor Rope Assembly in accordance with NAVSEA DWG #581-5750160 c. One (1) each Bridle Assembly, Towing in accordance with NAVSEA DWG #582-5749093 d. Two (2) each Chain Assembly Stern Ramp in accordance with NAVSEA DWG #584-5749949 REV E e. Four (4) each Craft Tie Down Assemblies 11 foot 6 inches in accordance with NAVSEA DWG #5750281 f. Four (4) each Craft Tie Down Assemblies 9 foot 6 inches in accordance with NAVSEA DWG #5750281 The Government will furnish the following items for the final assemb ly of the items: a. Six (6) each Shear Pin Assemblies DWG #582-5749093 ITEM 15 P/N ADP-HL/SP-40K b. Twelve each Bolts DWG #5845749949 ITEM 8 P/N EWB0420-7-62 c. Twelve each Nuts DWG #5845749949 ITEM 9 P/N MS21044C7 The contractor shall provide and maintain a quality system that, at a minimum, adheres to the requirements of ISO 9001-2000. Delivery of the first two ship sets will be required by 30 June 2004. The remaining four ship sets will be required to be delivered by 30 October 2004. The finished items will be delivered to the Naval Support Activity - Panama City, Receiving Officer, Building 100, 101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City, FL 32407-7018. NAICS Code 423510 applies. SBA Size Standard is 500 employees. FSC is 4010. Award will be based on the written quotation. The anticipated award date will be on or about Jun 5, 2004.
