Description: The Strategic Systems Programs requires supplies and services to support planning, demonstration, and implementation of all effort required under the ratified Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START). SSP intends to enter into this agreement with Alliant Techsystems Inc., Bacchus Works, Magna, Utah since it is the only known source having site experience with the inspection of strategic missile systems. This contract will also include two, one-year option periods. See Note 22.*****
