Description

This project involves reconstructing composting toilets at Magone Campground to eliminate confined space hazards. Work includes moving and protecting the existing buildings, removing and disposing of the composting units and contents, installing new pre-cast concrete vaults, pouring additional floor slabs and porch slabs and re-setting existing buildings, in place, over new concrete vaults. Site work includes excavating existing basement areas and backfilling and compacting around the new concrete vaults. Estimated contract time is 120 days with an estimated start work date of June 15, 2004. This project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This Solicitation will appear on FedBizOpps on May 5, 2004.
