Description

Synposes is amended to correct NAICS Code to 332313, Size Standard is 500 employees. All other information remains the same. The purpose of this solicitation is to supply and deliver two Structural Plate Arches and one corrugated metal pipe meeting the following specifications: Item 01 Windy Creek Arch is for a 20.7 meter aluminum structural plate arch, 4267 mm span, 2210mm rise, non-coated, 2.82mm thickness or steel structural plate arch 4267mm span, 2210mm rise, coated, 2.77mm thickness as per attached drawing. Item 02, Baldy Creek Arch is for 19.5 Meter aluminum structural plate arch, 4521mm span 1473mm raisse, non-coated, 2.82 thickness or steel structural plate arch 4521mm span, 1473,, raise, coated, 2.77mm thickness. Item 03 is for 13 meter, 1800mm corrugated metal pipe, 2.77mm thickness for steel or 2.67 thickness for alumnimum. Delivery will be FOB destination Ochoco National Forest, Lamonta Complex, 1175 Lamonta, Prineville, Oregon 97754; Delivery shall be within 30 days of the notice of award which is estimated to be May 31, 2004. Solicitation will be uploaded on May 5, 2004. Hard copies will not be available. Date for receiving quotes is May 26, 2004.
