Description

Two Phase Design & Build Alexandria Forestry Center, removal of existing planning trailer to be included. This project covers the design and construction of a new office building, site grading and utilities and associated work at the Alexandria Forestry Center, Kisatchie National Forest, Pineville, LA, Rapides Parish. It includes preparation of a complete set of construction drawings and specifications based upon a conceptual design provided by the Government and the subsequent construction of this design to result in a complete and finished product suitable for the intended use. Technical questions should be directed to Paul Haneline at 318.473.7165. Contract time is 150 calendar days. Estimated price range is $100,000-$250,000. Bid Bond in the amount of 20 percent of the offer must be submitted with proposal. On award, Contractor must provide Payment and Performance Bond each in the amount of 100 percent of proposal offer to Contracting Officer within 10 days. The NAICS Code is 236220. The Size Standard is $28.5 Million. This project is open to both large and small businesses. Solicitation may be obtained by FAX requests at 601.965.6029. Telephone requests are discouraged.
