Description
AMENDMENT 0002 is issued as follows: Line items 0001 through 0004 Power cable shall be 3-pronged, Middle East, 220V. 0001 Operating System shall be MS Windows 2000. 0007-0009 Software shall be Professional version, Standard. 0010 is added, Replacement cartridge for Line item 0002, Yellow, Estimated Quantity 25/EA 0011 is added, Replacement cartridge for Line item 0002, Magenta Estimated Quantity 25/EA 0012 is added, Replacement cartridge for Line item 0002, Cyan Estimated Quantity 25/EA 0013 is added, Replacement cartridge for Line item 0002, Black Estimated Quantity 25/EA. All commercial computer software and commercial computer software documentation shall be provided under licenses customarily provided to the public to the extent such licenses are consistent with Federal law and otherwise satisfy the Government’s need. Clause 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items (JAN 1999) (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the combined solicitation/synopsis will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: TECHNICAL APPROACH – The offeror must describe the salient characteristics for providing the required items that respond to the requirements in the combined solicitation/synopsis. Technical responses shall provide sufficient detail to demonstrate that the offeror can provide the required items to meet the delivery dates. PRICE – Supporting pricing information must be provided in sufficient detail to allow a complete analysis of all proposed prices. The offeror’s price proposal will be evaluated for completeness and reasonableness in accordance with the following: (1) Completeness is evaluated by assessing whether the offeror has provided all the data necessary to support the offer and to the extent requested; (2) For the price best value to the government. Total evaluated price, for award purposes, will be based upon the total price proposed. All proposals submitted will be evaluated on the basis of the evaluation factors listed above. Because of the numerous proposal anticipated, uniformity of proposal is essential for a fair and accurate evaluation. Proposal must conform to all terms and conditions contained in the Request for Proposals. Those which do not conform to all requirements in this RFP may be considered as unacceptable. Offerors are encouraged to use the SF-1449 Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items found at http://www.gsa.gov/Portal/gsa/ep/formslibrary.do?formType=SF for use in preparation of proposal for submission. Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (www.ccr.gov) prior to award of any Government Contract. Clause 52.212-3, Offer Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items (JAN 2004) version shall be used. Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items (JUNE 2003) version shall be used. DELIVERY SHALL BE 30 DAYS AFTER ISSUANCE OF DELIVERY ORDER. OFFEROR SHALL PROVIDE DELIVERY SCHEDULE. INQUIRIES SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO crossw@orha.centcom.mil.
