NSN: 2915-00-968-0843, LTC04097019948, Cam, Droop. Requiring engineering source approval by the design activity. Hamilton Sundstrand Corp. (Cage: 73030), P/N 562132-3, Revision ?F? dated 8/26/77. Acceptable source(s): Mallory Industries Inc., (Cage: 28069). Origin inspection required. FOB Destination IAW QAP E03. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Requested delivery for stock is 181 DARO. First Article Testing Applies. Delivery of FAT is 90 DARO, Testing and Evaluation 60 DARO, Total delivery with FAT 331 DARO. Total delivery with FAT waived is 181 DARO (incluses 15 days for Production Lot Testing). This NSN is not a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited as Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) of 88 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 44 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four-option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is 10 May 2004.
