Description

Grants Pass Interagency Fire Center Rappel Tower, located in Josephine County, Oregon, at the Grants Pass Interagency Fire Center in Merlin, Oregon. The project inlcudes all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and incidentals necessary for the complete construction of a new structural steel rappel training tower. Contract time is 90 calendar days. This is a Request for Quotations. In addition to price, offerors are required to complete a project specific questionnaire providing information regarding past performance history, technical approach, equipment capability, work sequencing, quality control, etc. Detailed technical proposals are not required. Award evaluation criteria includes technical approach and past performance history in addition to price. Award may be made without discussions. Price Range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps on or about May 10, 2004. A payment bond (100 percent) will be required after award. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to award.
