- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Delivery within 30 days of contract award. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Please refer to attached RFQ along with this synopsis. his Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation FA4801-04-Q0311 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. This acquisition is set aside exclusively for small business concerns. The NAICS code for this solicitation is: 423710. The size standard for a small business under the NAICS code is 500 employees. All line items will be awarded in the aggregate. Delivery of services by: 30 days ADC. Delivery to: Holloman AFB, NM 88310. FOB Destination. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price- price will be the only factor in the award of this purchase order. The clause 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items applies to this solicitation. The clause FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial items, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders- Commercial items, applies to this solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Lack of registration in CCR will make an offeror ineligible for award.
