Description

Potential sources are sought to provide Bat/Bird Abatement at Travis AFB, CA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, labor, parts, materials, services and other items necessary to eliminate pigeons, sparrows, starlings and other birds and bats. The contractor shall immediately remove the dead birds/bats from the base to a certified off-base disposal site in a manner compliant with all applicable laws, codes and regulations. The NAICS Code is 73420203. Potential offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) System in order to transact business with the government. If you are interest please submit point of contacts name, phone number, business size and experience in Bird and or Bat Abatement service. The Government ask for your recommendation and comments about the feasiblity of combining both Bird Abatement and Bat Abatement under the same contract. Also address the preference for number of lines items (i.e. one or two for each service). Attached for your review is a draft copy of the performance work statement. This is not a solicitation.
