Description

Project No. D-98-326, Construct Motorpool Parking Lot at Sagami General Depot, Kanagawa-ken, Japan. This project includes (but not limited to); (1) removal work (2) pavement work, (3) drainage system work (4) fencing work (5) electrical work including exterior lighting system. Performance Period: 120 calendar days after receipt of award. Performance Bond (100% of contract price) is required for this project. The offeror is also required to submit Past Performance Information for the most relevant 5 contracts to this project by 17 May 04. Site orientation is scheduled on 11 May 04, 1000 hrs, and all offerors are encouraged to participate. Advance notice to POC below is required. Participants will meet at Main Gate, Sagami General Depot, Kanagawa-ken, Japan. ************************************* NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LOCAL SOURCES IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 5.202(A)(12). LOCAL SOURCES ARE THOSE SOURCES NORMALLY RESIDENT, LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO CONDUCT CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS IN JAPAN. OFFERS FROM NON-LOCAL SOURCES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNDER THIS SOLICITATION.
