Description

Renovations of Bldg. 693 at the United States Military Academy West Point New York. Work consist of but not limited to: Replacing the roof, replace the windows, remove defective portions of the brick and replace, remove and replace exisiting wood m ain entrance door, remove and replace fire damaged wood and plaster drywall, remove and replace wood rafters, wood siding and wood plank sheathing. Sprinkler system, fire alarm system, intrusion and alarm stystem. Provide new air conditioning, provide ma in electrical services. Provide and install new play ground and fencing. This procurement is 8(a) competitive restristed to firms in the New York and New Jersery area. The magnitude of this procurement is between 1 and 5 million dollars.
