Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement (No Substitutions): Avocent AMX KVM System to include the following items: 16 each AMX User Station Single user CAT5 connection desktop, p/n 98016; 1 each, AMX Matrix Switch 16 Output 64 Input Ports, p/n 918160; 30 each, Server interface module for VGA video, PS/2 keyboard/mouse ?????? AMX series only; 10 each, Power Module for AMIQ -PS2, p/n PS6; 1 each, One year extended warranty plus for AMX Matrix Switch Only, p/n 1YAMX010-AM; 1 each, consultant and training ?????? 2 days, p/n INST. FOB Destination. Net 30 with Credit Card Option for Payment. Offers are due no later than 1300 h ours, Monday, 26 April 2004 and shall be submitted electronically at virginia.miller@epg.army.mil. EVALUATION CRITERIA/PROCEDURES: Offers will be evaluated based on the following criteria in descending order of importance: Meeting the Requirement, Deliv ery Schedule and price.
