The contractor shall support Switching & Management Systems (and associated equipment) through the various phases of the system life cycle. The Switching & Management systems are to include, but not limited to, the current AN/TTC-3 9 Family of Circuit Switches and the AN/TYC-24 Tactical Message Switches. 90% of this support is for the AN/TTC-39 Family of Circuit Switches and the other 10% is for the AN/TYC-24. This contract will establish the requirements for a level of effort base contract of up to one year, with four one year options, for the acquisition of systems engineering and software engineering services to support the C4IEWS Systems Directorate of the SEC.
