Description

The US Army Intelligence and Security Command, Fort Belvoir, VA announces its intentions to award a sole source purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to Battelle Memorial Institute (BMI), 902 Battelle Boulevard, P.O. Box 99 9, Richland WA 99352, for the purchase of 80 Starlight Client Licenses without CCM 6 Starlight Server Licenses, delivery as follows: Fort Belvoir, Virginia 22060. NO PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS OR EQUIVALENT PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, OR A REQUEST FOR OFFERS. This is a Notice of Intent. Interested parties may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. All inquiries must be addressed in writing to Mr. Lacy L. Hairston, Contract Specialist, COMMANDER USAINSCOM, IAPC-DOC, 8 825 Beulah Street, Ft. Belvoir, VA, facsimile number 703-428-5014, and email address llhairs@inscom.army.mil. Responses to this notice must be received within five (5)days of this electronic posting. A determination not to compete this requirement is withi n the discretion of the Government. This notice may represent the only official notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
