- Description
- This is a notice of intent to request a proposal and negotiate, on an other than full and open competition basis, follow-on risk reduction activities for the S-92. This request will be negotiated on a sole source basis with Sikorsky Aircraft Company (SAC), 6900 Main Street, Stratford, CT 06615. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. SAC is the only company that possesses all the technical data rights and expertise necessary to complete the required efforts. See Note 22.
