Description

This is a notice of intent to award using sole source procedures to Alphi Technology for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and following the simplified acquisition procedures in FAR part 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only announcement: proposals are not being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number 4THO21046026 has been assigned to this requirement. This procurement is for the purchase of the following items: 30 each, P/N: ATC-SCC-04A, 4-channel RS-232 serial communications IP module with conformal coating; 10 each, P/N: ATC-SCC-04B, 4-channel RS-422 serial communications IP module with conformal coating; 10 each, P/N: PCI-4pack-2-64, 4-site IP carrier board with 64MHz C31 DSP, board stiffeners, and conformal coating: 5 each, P/N: Hirose-4DB-9, Hirose-to-DB-9 custom cable that connects IP carrier board to modems. Alphi Technology has been approved as the sole source available for the procurement of these proprietary items. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
