Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written Request of Quote (RFQ) will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation constitutes RFQ #HM1571-04-R-0003. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-21. The NAICS code applicable to this acquisition is 511210. For a company to qualify as a small business, the small business standard is 500 employees. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) has a requirement to renew APRISMA software including SPECTRUM Branch Manager, Enterprise Configuration Manager, Level One Toolkits (Custom), Alarm Notification Manager - SANM, Enterprise MGR FAULT TOL LIC. In addition, the agency has a requirement for one (1) Data Manager Upgrade to SRG for Integrity/Infinity with maintenance, eight (8) ATM Circuit Manager for Integrity/Infinity with maintenance, three (3) SMMPv3 Module with maintenance, one (1) xSight license with maintenance, one (1) ATM Circuit Manager of xSight with maintenance, and installations services. This requirement will also include three one-year fixed price options for maintenance. This requirement is sole source to APRISMA Management Technologies, Portsmouth, NH 03801, the software manufacturer. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall provide a complete copy of 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. FAR 52-212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, and 52-212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders-Commercials Items apply to this acquisition.
