- Amendment 2 The purpose of Amendment 2 is to amend the combined synopsis/solicitation as follows: 1. All questions pertaining to the RFQ shall be submitted via email to BrendonJ.Johnson@uspto.gov and must identify the author and company name. All questions shall be answered by an Amendment to the Request for Quotations (RFQ) and answers will be made available through fedbizopps.com. The identity of the author and associated company name of the question will not be published. All questions regarding the RFQ are due by 2:00 p.m. on April 23, 2004. Receipt of late questions will not result in an extension to the response/quote due date, nor can the USPTO guarantee that a response will be provided before the quotation due date. 2. The closing date for receipt of quotes is unchanged.
