Description
Solicitation for NSN 1630-01-298-6788 / LTC04062018742. McDonnell Douglas P/N: 7-111412021-5, Eaton Aerospace P/N: 11660-15. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved sources for this item are McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Co and Eaton Aerospace. Any manufacturer, other than the approved sources, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request package. This solicitation will result in an indefinite delivery contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=5, O=5 / Minimum Order Quantity: B=5, O=5 / Maximum Contract Quantity: B=64, O=40 / Estimated Annual Quantity: B=44, O=20. The required delivery schedule is 264 days ARO, FOB destination, inspection and acceptance at origin. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
