- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS), Office of Research and Methodology (ORM), Cognitive Methods Staff (CMS), intends to conduct negotiation on a sole source basis with Swan Solutions, 4903 Sudleys Choice, Harwood, MD 20776-9484 (small business) to continue development of a database system critical for storing and accessing QBANK, the Questionnaire Design Research Laboratory (QDRL) of researched questions and their documentation on the NCHS intranet.
