Description

The U.S. State Department, Under Secretary for Management, Foreign Service Institute, located in Arlington, Virginia, is conducting a streamlined competition under OMB Circular No. A-76 of the Institute?s Familiarization and Short-Term (FAST) Survival Language Training in Commonly-Taught Languages (French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish). The function is currently performed by nine Government employees. The competition will be concluded within ninety days from the date of this announcement.
