- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Denver Distribution Center is now posting a combined synopsis/solicitation to solicit a requirements contract for the Cooper Rand electrolarynx and accessories. The contract period will be from June 01, 2004 through May 31, 2005, with four option years. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price requirements contract using Request for Proposals (RFP) procedures. NAICS is 423450. The synopsis/solicitation package is now available for download from this website. Paper documents are not available, unless requested in writing to this office. Any questions regarding this synopsis/solicitation must be submitted, in writing, to patrick.harvey@mail.va.gov or fax (303) 914-5424. Telephone request will not be honored. This solicitation and any amendments will be posted at this site. It is the interested parties? responsibility to register to receive any amendment notifications.
