Description

Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to replace office trailer T-4. Work includes general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, necessary removal of existing structures, and certain other items as required by the specifications and drawings. The NAICS is 236220/size standard is 28.5 million. Cost range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. A Pre-Bid conference is scheduled for May 27, 2004, at 2:00 PM local time in Building T-6 conference room, at the VA Medical Center, 1601 SW Archer Road, Gainesville, FL. THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL HUB-ZONE SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. BIDS WILL ONLY BE CONCIDERED FROM SMALL BUSINESS THAT APPEAR ON THE LIST OF QUALIFIED HUB-ZONE SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS MAINTAINED BY THE SMALL BSUINESS ADMINISTRATION, REFERENCE FAR 52.219-3. http://pro-net.sba.gov/. Award is subject to availability of funds. The solicitation will available for download free ON OR ABOUT May 12, 2004 at the Business Opportunities Website URL:http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
