Description
Sources Sought/Market Survey: This Sources Sought/Market Survey is to identify businesses capable of providing a Digital Deployed Training Campus (DDTC) suite for ensuring Information Technology (IT) network support (SIPR, NIPR connectivity), voice (DSN, Commercial, Secure), collaborat ive tools (VTC) to support the Chief of the National Guard Bureau, Army Guard Directorate, Air Guard Directorate, NGB Joint Staff and other members of the senior leadership group at a different location in the event of a National Security Emergency or loca l event that significantly disrupts normal operations. The suite will provide the primary means of satellite communication for reach-back military training, professional military development, civilian education, and morale and welfare capabilities. The D DTC suite needs to have the following capabilities: approval for distribution and processing of classified usage above SECRET, ability for connectivity and transmission of STU-III or Digital STE phone unclassified/classified telecommunications up to -the TOP SECRET Level, ability for transmission and interface with Video Teleconferencing and Voice over Internet Protocol hardware, network control capability to provide the infrastructure for an independent LAN with the capability to interface with a WAN and support up to 200 users, interoperable connectivity with T1, Ethernet, or almost any type of data connection and have the ability to multiplex voice, video and data through a satellite, multipoint satellite HUB capability that includes the capability to us e X, C, Ku or Ka bands up to 60 Mbps, that support DAMA and/or Linkway options, fully deployable, portable and environmentally hardened transit cases, ability to provide real-time video collection, annotation, distribution, and rebroadcast using multicast or unicast with single frame voice, text and graphical annotation and document linking, ability for integration with inline video tagging, rapid map development, and 3D visualization of aerial satellite imagery and interface with GCCS, include two user wor k stations, be DISA certified and compliant, and extended warranty on all parts/equipment and advanced training class for up to 25 people. At this time, no solicitation exists: THEREFORE DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. Vendor information for s ubmission shall detail how they posses the necessary skills, capabilities and experience to perform the stated requirements and are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey. Any firm capable of satisfying the requirement shall fu rnish a General Capability Statement (Not to Exceed 20 Pages), to include the following information: Past Performance for recent and relevant contracts for same or similar type equipment and services. The statement shall include Contract Numbers, Points of Contact with phone numbers. Vendors shall furnish this information for at least three ongoing or completed contracts within the past three years, held with the Department of Defense, or other Government agencies. Responses shall also include the follo wing information: Company name, address, point of contact, with phone number and email address; business size to include large, small, disadvantage, 8(a), or HUBZone status, corporate affiliations, etc. All relevant input is encouraged. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited, no basis for a claim shall arise as a result from a response to this Sources Sought/Market Survey or Government use of information furnished. The Government reserves the right to consider a Small Business, 8(a) or any other set aside arrangement as deemed appropriate for this procurement.
