- The US Army Aviation and Missile Command proposes to acquire, on a sole source basis from Robertson Aviation, 1024 E Vista Del Cerro, Tempe, Arizona, the manufacture and delivery of the AH-64 Internal Auxiliary Fuel System (IAFS) 100 Gallon Combinati on pack fuel tanks and integrated 246 round 30 mm flat small pack and ancillary Equipment which provides field commanders additional fuel without eliminating the self-defense capability of the 30 mm chain gun and Technical Support for the Royal Netherlands Air Force (RNLAF). No telephone request will be accepted. The Government intends to award a contract under the authority and justification for Other than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), based on the determination that the Government needs can only be satisfied by one source. There is no technical data package available. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. See Note 1 and 22.
