Description

The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, and materials for raising Caruthersville-Linwood Dikes 6 and 7 by placement of Graded Stone A, excavating an environmental notch in Dike 8, and constructing multiple roundpoint structures below the en vironmental notches in Dikes 7 and 8. The estimated cost of this work is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. There will be six (6) drawings. This will be an unrestricted procurement with Price Evaluation for HUBZone small business concerns. For the pu rpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not dominate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sale s receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $28.5 million. The supplies or services to be procured in this solicitation are classified under NAICS 237990 and SIC 1629. Issue date will be on or about 17 MAY 2004. Bid Opening will be on or about 17 JUNE 2004.
