Description: Project Title: Oakland Harbor Navigation Improvement (50 foot) Deepening Project, Inner & Outer Harbor Dredging, Phase 3B, Alameda and San Francisco Counties, California. Job Location: Oakland Outer Harbor, Alameda and San Francisco County, Californi a. This procurement is Invitation for Bid (IFB) and is Unrestricted. JOB DESCRIPTION: The work consists of dredging of approximately 1,581,000 cubic yards of material, wetland cover (WC) and wetland non-cover (WNC) material. Dredging of the wetland cover m aterial shall be to a project depth of minus 46 feet MLLW, plus 1-foot allowable overdepth. Dredging of the wetland non-cover material with an environmental bucket as specified shall be to the point of refusal or to a depth of minus 46 feet MLLW plus 1-foo t allowable overdepth, whichever occurs first. Transportation and delivery of the dredged material will be to the designated Montezuma Wetlands Project site and to the Middle Harbor Enhancement area. NAICS Code: This procurement will be conducted under NAI CS code: 237990. The size standard for this NAICS code is $17 Million. Estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS: ORDERING SOLICITATION: The solicitation for this project will be available on the Sacramento District Contracting Divisions Internet Home Page at http: //ebs.spk.usace.army.mil/ for downloading. Any future amendments to the solicitation will also be available for down load from this web site. It is important that you first go to this web site and under Contract Division home page, click on the advertised solicitation you are interested in. Go to Plan Holder Registration. This will require you to establish a user name and pass word. Keep the user name and pass word and share it with anyone else in your organization that is responsible for registering your firm on plan holders lists. Select plans or specs from the drop down box and press the go button. This will take you to the next page, then from there cl ick on file name and download. To download amendments: Access the list of advertised solicitations. Select the desired solicitation and then click on the amendment number. At the next screen, click on the file name and download it. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the agency.
