Description
1. Vessel(s) required: Clean, approved U.S. or Foreign FLAG Tanker capable of carrying 235,000 BBLS (29,578 LT) (Intentions JP8), Clean Petroleum Product. Tanker must have SBT and IGS. Barge or vessel must have positive segregation to ensure cargoes are not commingled. Vessel must arrive at load port in clean, gas-free condition, and be ready for internal tank inspection by quality assurance representative (QAR).
