- Item 0001: Light Streamer with 5 sockets molded to 25 foot of 12/3 SO Cable,2-1/2 foot lead with 3M20 male connector and 2-1/2 foot tail with 3F20 Female Connector, Sockets Spaced 5 foot apart with RED Plastisol wire cages, QTY 200 each. Item 0002: 440 Volt 30 AMP extension, 4M20 Male Connector Molded to 50 foot of 8/4 SO Cable with 4F20 Female connector on other end, QTY 100 each. Item 0003: 400 Volt 30 AMP extension, 4M20 Male connector molded to 25 foot of 8/4 SO Cable with 4F20 on other end, QTY 100 each. Item 0004: 110 Volt 20 AMP extension, 3M20 Male connector molded to 50 foot of 12/3 SO Cable with 3F20 on other end. PLEASE NOTE ALL MATERIAL MUST BE RECEIVED AND ACCEPTED AT Portsmouth Naval Shipyard NOT LATER THAN JUNE 4, 2004. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item. This announcement is issued as request for quotation N00102-04-Q-0632. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation SHALL NOT BE ISSUED. The standard NAICS classification is 33512. The FAR is current through FAC 2001-18 with changes effective January 12, 2003 (except for Case 2000-608). This document also contains changes from FAC 2001-19 effective January 1, 2004. Please note that FAC 2001-19 also contains changes that are effective June 8, 2004 and are not currently a part of this document. The DFARS is current as of January 13, 2004 and inclusive of DCN20040113 (case 2001-D013) effective January 13, 2004 and DCN20040101(case 2003-D081) effective January 1, 2004. Pricing SHALL be FOB Destination (Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, NH). The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to offerors ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors are requested to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 and 252-212-7000, Offeror Rep resentations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, with quotations. The following clauses/provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-4, 52.212-5 (including 52.222-21, 52.222-22, 52.222-25, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37 and 52.225-3), and 252.212-7001. (Note: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) text is available at http://www.arnet.gov/far.) Quotations shall include the vendor?s cage code, DUNs number, TIN (taxpayer identification number).
