Description

The General Services Administration, Federal Technology Service, Region 7, Albuquerque, NM 87103, intends to issue a contract to DPSI Inc., 4905 Koger Blvd., Suite 101, Greensboro, NC 27407. This procurement is for the purchase of licenses for iMaintenance Software and for the migration of the existing data to an Oracle platform from an existing Microsoft based platform. The data is currently in iMaintenance software. The iMaintenance software is the data base system that is used by US Border Patrol for repair part accountability and repair reordering and all other inventory procedures. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.1, only one responsible source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all information received after the publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Inquiries will only be accepted by email.
