Description

Modification #01 to the RFQ 122-C-0016: 1. The NAICS code is corrected to 423450, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. 2. The clarification for the small business preference: if two offers are equally advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered, the offer from a small business will be given preference. 3.
