Description: The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor and materials for constructing Driver Bar weirs 1 through 10 by placement of Graded Stone A. Rip Rap paving will be placed concurrently on weirs 8 through 10. The estimated work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. There are seven (7) sheets in the set of drawings. This will be an unrestricted procurement For the purpose of this procurement to qualify as a small business concern, in addition to being independently owned and operated and not domin ate in the field of operation in which it is bidding on Government contracts, the concern must have had average annual sales receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not exceeding $28.5 million. The supplies or service to be procured in this solicita tion are classified under NAICS 237990 and SIC Code 1629. Bid opening for this solicitation will be on or about 10 June 2004.
