Description

Notice of Intent to sole source with White Sands Technologies for software licenses for the following products. ProActive DBA Visual Space Manager, ProActive DBA Console, ProActive DBA Diagnostic Monitor P&T, ProActive DBA SQL Query Analyzer P&T, ProActive DBA Disaster Recovery ToolSet, DataBase Server Instance License, Media Sets and Maintnenance/Support for one year. The reason for the sole source is only known source that can meet requirement. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However all proposals received by the closing date and time will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses are due by Close of Business, 5:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time, Wednesday, April 28,2004. Facsimile information may be submitted to the attention of Sharon Meltzer, 317-298-1344.
