- Solicitation for NSN 1660-01-232-0034 / LTC04084019482, Curtain Assembly. Export Control applies. An ?export control? technical data package (TDP) exists for this item. Technical data will only be released to contractors who are authorized/certified by the Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via the Internet. The Internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. This solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with a base year and four option years. The ordering limitations for the base and option years are as follows: (B=Base Year, O=Option year) Guaranteed Buy Quantity: B=42, O=42 / Minimum Order Quantity: B=42, O=42 / Maximum Contract Quantity: B=326, O=336 / Estimated annual quantity: B=158, O=168. The required delivery is 82 days after receipt of order, FOB destination, inspection and acceptance at origin. There is a First Article ? Contractor Testing - requirement. This solicitation contains a surge requirement. The total surge quantity is 132. The required delivery schedule for the surge requirement: 22 each ? 30 Days ARO / 22 each ? 60 Days ARO / 22 each 90 Days ARO / 22 each ? 120 Days ARO / 22 each ? 150 Days ARO / 22 each 180 Days ARO. Offerors are required to submit a surge plan detailing how they intend to meet both surge schedule and quantity requirements. ABVS applies, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
