Description

On May 4, 2004 the seminar Successful Teaming and Subcontracts will be presented by Kenneth D. Brody, David, Brody & Dondershine, LLP. Time of class is 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Cost is $45.00. This course is designed to teach and help small businesses develop successful teaming and subcontract relationships with large businesses and other small business and individuals. We will examine the purpose of these agreements, examine the meaning of various provisions, contained in these agreements and discuss strategies for negotiations.
