Description: Coeur dAlene River Ranger District, Kootenai County, Idaho. Consists of several distinct watershed restoration items, which include obliterating roads by recontouring to match the original hillside, restoring stream channels at road crossings, constructing waterbars, and seeding all excavated areas. Channel restoration will involve removing fill and drainage structures at stream crossing sites, installing gradient control structures, and returning these sites to their natural state. Estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work date of July 15, 2004, with estimated contract time of 90 calendar days.
