Description

The estimated quantities provided in the initial Presolicitation Notice are modified as follows: The estimated quantities for the Base Period and Option Year 1 are as follows: Inpatient Days - Guaranteed Minimum 8 days - Estimated Maximum 80 days; Outpatient Visits - Guaranteed Minimum 4 visits - Estimated Maximum 40 visits. Estimated Quantities for Option Years 2-4 are as follows: Inpatient Days - Guaranteed Minimum 8 days - Estimated Maximum 120 days; Outpatient Visits - Guaranteed Minimum 4 visits - Estimated Maximum 60 visits. Due to the volume of information, quantities of outpatient institution services will be provided in the solicitation document.
