Description

CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE GUARD SERVICES FOR FEDERAL PRISONERS HELD IN THE CUSTODY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, BUREAU OF PRISONS, U.S. MEDICAL CENTER FOR FEDERAL PRISONERS, REQUIRING CONFINEMENT IN A LOCAL HOSPITAL FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT. THESE SERVICES SHALL BE REQUESTED ON AN "AS NEEDED BASIS," BY THE BUREAU OF PRISONS. THE ESTIMATED SESSIONS ARE 500, AT AN ESTIMATED TOTAL COST OF $7,500. THE ESTIMATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE IS JUNE 1, 2004, TO SEPTEMBER 30, 2004. THE AMOUNT OF SESSIONS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS. SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE BONDED FOR CIVIL LIABILITY OF NOT LESS THAN $250,000. QUOTATION TO BE POSTED ON MAY 11, 2004, WITH QUOTES DUE MAY 25, 2004. WAGE RATES ARE APPLICABLE.
