Description

Peace Corps Global Network by Very Small Aperture Terminal (PCGN by VSAT) and in response to GAO case B-293891 (protest by AIS Engineering): Regarding the 31 MAR 2004 Special Notice, please be advised that Peace Corps is canceling this procurement and intends to terminate for the Govt's convenience contract PC-04-3-005 (award to Maritime Telecommunications Network), in accordance with FAR 52.212-4(l). Peace Corps is revising the Statement of Work to avoid unduly restrictive specifications and to better meet its needs, and will re-procure this requirement again once that process is complete.
