Description

Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work in accordance with the specifications and drawings, specified herein, or as needed to fully complete the Addition and Alteration of the Youth Center, Building 90304. This project is for the construction of a 620 SM (6,676 SF) load-bearing CMU and steel framed addition structure to house new School Age Program classroom and multipurpose space, with new parking for the facility. The project will also renovate 859 SM (9,244 SF) of the existing Youth Center to provide new offices, open recreation, and teen spaces. No work is required in the existing gymnasium. This project will include a companion project, Repair Youth Center, Building 90304, replace the existing HVAC system, and demolition/abatement of asbestos and lead paint. The work shall be fully complete in accordance with the contract documents. A site visit will be scheduled approximately 15 days from the solicitation issue date. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $1,000,000 and 5,000,000. This solicitation will be available ONLY via the Internet at the following address: http://www.eps.gov.
