Width: 4.6 inches. Height: 3.4 inches. Transmits output signals which represent fuel flow rates from 0 to 100,000 PPH. Applicable to: F16 A/B/C/D aircraft. Destination: DNO005 Delivery: Oct 2005 Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement. The qualification requirements for this item were established prior to 19 Oct 1984 and the requirements of FAR 9.202(A) do not apply. Qualification requirements apply to line item(s) 0001. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 15 May 2004. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 15 Jun 2004. The anticipated award date will be 17 Aug 2004. Written and electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: Competitive sources. No telephone requests. Note: Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
