Description

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Tulsa Field Office, has a requirement for plugging and resurfacing of the Lizzie Pinky Wells. The project is located SW/4NE/4NW/4 of Sec. 28, T. 14 N., R. 11 E., in Okmulgee County, Oklahoma. The contractor is to provide all necessary material, equipment and labor to plug and accomplish the restoration of the surface area. Period of performance for this project is 90 days from date of award. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns and will be awarded on a firm fixed-price basis. Small Business firms must certify that they are either a business located in the State of Oklahoma or certify to hire 51% of the workforce locally in Oklahoma. This solicitation will be available on or about May 17, 2004. There will be a site visit on May 26, 2004 at 9:30AM. Bid responses will be due on June 11, 2004. Bidders are requested to visit the Department of Interior (DOI) website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov or the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizops.gov for a copy of the solicitation. You are requested to download this solicitation electronically from the DOI or FedBizOps website. Bidders are strongly encouraged to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov.
