- Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct concrete bridge abutments and install a Government furnished bridge. Other work includes construction of a segmental retaining wall and riprap stream bank protection. Road graveling and guardrail is also required. Work under this contract is located in Rio Blanco County, Colorado. Bonds will be required. This requirement is open to both large and small businesses under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Government Estimate is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. Contractors will be required to print the bidding documents for submission of their offer at the place designated for receipt of offers for a public bid opening. The solicitation documents will be posted o/a May 12, 2004. Contractors must register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov. This registration is required to be eligible for award.
