Description
The USDA Forest Service (FS) Arapaho Roosevelt and Medicine Bow Routt National Forests have a requirement for a Performance Based Service Contract for Forest Wide spraying of lodge pole pine for one base year and four option years. The Performance Based Statement of Work shall consist of completing the ordered Tasks to the Performance Standards for this contract. The awarded contract and task orders shall constitute the entire agreement including all terms and conditions applicable to the contract. This performance based contract requires the spraying of lodgepole pine with Carbaryl to prevent the attack of mountain pine beetle, in compliance with the specifications, in areas thoughout the Arapaho Roosevelt National Forests and Medicine Bow Routt National Forests to protect high value recreational sites. For each task order, the contractor, or a designated representative, must attend a prework meeting at a given location indicated on the task order.
