- PR No: LTC04107020309; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Shield, Counter Balance for a C-5 Aircraft. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. There are three approved sources of supply; CPI Aerostructures, Cage 9U679; Aero Components, (59213); and Precision Mfg Co, Cage 92037. The NSN, part number and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: 1560-01-017-7642; P/N 4J59107-105A Rev D; AEQ = 28 base year and 38 for any option years. Delivery: FOB Destination, Acceptance is Destination, 241 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 7 May 2004, anticipated award date is 28 July 2004. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
