Description
MULTIPLE NSNs, TOTAL OF 12 NSNs APPLY TO LTC04091019719 FOR PRATT AND WHITNEYS, CAGE 77445 OR 52661, EACH PART NUMBER ITEM WILL BE LISTED IN THE SOLICITATION FOR EACH NSN, CONFIGURATION CONTROL APPLIES, CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM, FIRST ARTICLE TESTING APPLY FOR THE GOVERNMENT AND CONTRACTOR, MOST GOVERNMENT FIRST ARTICLE TESTING IS 3 UNITS; THREE (3) NSNS HAVE SURGE QUANTITIES; THE MAXIMUM CONTRACT QUANTITY, ESTIMATED ANNUAL DEMAND QUANTITY, GUARANTEED MINIMUM QUANTITY, MINIMUM PER ORDER QUANTITY AND MAXIMUM PER ORDER QUANTITY WILL BE ADDRESSED IN THE SOLICITATION. FOUR (4) ONE-YEAR OPTION PERIOD APPLY TO EACH NSN. QUANTITY VARIANCE IS PLUS OR MINUS 5%. FOB ORIGIN, INSPECTION/ACCEPTANCE @ ORIGIN, DELIVERY SCHEDULE WILL BE ADDRESSED FOR EACH NSN AND PRODUCTION DELIVERY FOR EACH NSN REQUIRING FIRST ARTICLE TESTING. THE ADDRESS FOR GOVERNMENT FIRST ARTICLE TESTING AND CONTRACTOR’S TESTING WILL BE ADDRESSED IN THE SOLICITATION. THESE ARE NOT COMMERCIAL ITEMS, 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE, FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. THIS LTC WILL BE AWARDED BY PER LINE ITEM. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.dla.mil on the same issue date cited in the RFP. From the Gateway homepage, left-hand sidebar, select “Search RFPs.” Then choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation will issue on/about May 21, 2004.
