- All thirteen NSNs have drawing bidsets available. Eleven NSNs have FAT requirements. This solicitation is 50% set-aside for small business. The other 50% is solicited unrestricted with full and open competition. Only the unrestricted portion is solicited. (i.e. QFD quantities in this solicitation represent ½ of the total estimated requirement). After award is made for the unrestricted solicitation, only small businesses that quote will be given an opportunity to receive award for the 50% set-aside. There will not be another solicitation for the set-aside portion. See DSCC Master Solicitation clauses I19A08 and I19D04 for more information. Destination Information is based on indefinite quantities, deliverable at various locations. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. See note(s): 9,26 The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. The solicitation will be available on its issue 13 May 2004 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
