NEW USAID Annex and Marine Security Guard Quarters...... The following paragraph entitled SUBFACTOR 2D: CAPACITY on page 4 of the original announcement is changed to read as follows:...... ....(The change is marked in the attached revised announcement by a heavy black line in the left margin and the changed text is bolded and underlined.).... SUBFACTOR 2D: CAPACITY. The Government will evaluate the extent to which the offeror's proposal demonstrates capacity (financial, professional, and personnel resources) to accomplish work within the $25 to $35 million range. The package will be evaluated to determine the extent to which it demonstrates the offeror has sufficient financial, bonding, professional, and personnel resources to accomplish the project. The Government will evaluate the extent to which the offeror demonstrates sufficient capacity should the offeror be awarded the contract during Phase II. - 15 points. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-APR-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
