Description

Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, Tx 75507 has a requirement for the following components for the HEMTT and HET rebuild program: Cylinder Kit PN 23524342 1230 ea; Nozzle PN 5234775 560 ea; Piston Assy Kt PN 232524344 496 ea. Required delivery is 360 ea within 10 days of contract award, with 360 ea or remaining balance every 30 days thereafter. The Government will consider only quotes for Detroit Diesel Inc OEM par ts. FAR 6.302-1 Only One (or a limited number of)Responsible Source(s). The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate OEM parts from Detroit Diesel., under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested pe rsons may identity their capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals, however proposals received within 7 days after date of this synopsis may be considered. A determination not to fully compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is fully within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
